Letterpress Patterns
Using a wood French Clarendon Condensed E and D with a wood Concave Tuscan Condensed 8 and 0, I layered glyphs to create an abstract pattern by looking at the positive and negative forms opposed to the letters and numbers they represent. I created a series of paper objects from these patterns, including posters, postcards, folded cards, bookmarks, and stickers.
